    Medical Education Manager (m/f/d)

    The Medical Education Manager of the Vaccine Academy is responsible for the creation and continuous development of education materials as well as being the face for the Vaccine Academy in the communication and presentation of current indication-relevant scientific information and statements according to the current state of knowledge to physicians, medical assistants, pharmacists and laypersons. The Medical Education Manager is providing scientific advice/support and responding to MedInfo inquiries to GSK-internal areas and they are available as external contact for all medical professionals at 1:1, but specifically 1:many formats.

    Fixed-term contract: until Oct 31, 2025

    Key Responsibilities

    • Planning, organization, and execution of internal and external educational events as the face of the company for the Vaccine Academy to physicians, pharmacists, medical assistants and other clients
    • Analysis, revision and evaluation of collected data and insights in the context of events/medical activities or discussions to develop future educational formats
    • Review and processing of current literature and information on vaccinations, as well as analysis of the scientific environment in the indication area, including competitors
    • Preparation and updating of scientific materials (e.g. presentations, abstracts, articles) taking into account national and international guidelines and publications of own indications and beyond
    • Providing answers or statements for specific MedInfo inquiries that go beyond prescribing information based on scientific information
    • Close collaboration in competence teams, e.g. with marketing / sales within and across BUs

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Advanced medical or life science degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
    • Experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Education
    • Excellent teaching and presentation skills  
    • Knowledge of scientific data analysis
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in German and English
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills

    • Preferably relevant experience in the field of vaccines/immunology
    • Understanding of pharmaceutical ethics and governance, pharmaceutical compliance policies and procedures
