- Manage international, multidisciplinary projects that involve the design and certification (EASA’s STC) of systems for customers in the aeronautics industry in partnership with a diverse type of companies. - Ensure the EASA regulations and the quality standards are methodically followed. - Implement the principles of project management (risk analysis, scheduling, reporting, budget and progress control, etc.)

- Technical representative of the company in front of the customer (Airbus, A350 program). - Provide general support to the customer during the installation process in Hamburg (Crisis management) and to improve the current process and achieve successfully the planned goals and milestones. - Plan and project the workload of the production team in Hamburg. - Coordinate all teams involved in the production of the product at a local and international (France, Mexico, Morocco) level. - Manage the Quality KPI’s.

- Responsible for the suppliers in India and Mexico for the A380 2D design (Installation and electrical wire diagrams). Manage the contractual and commercial topics related to subcontracting, together with the procurement department. E.g. SOW, TP, CP, POA, PO, etc. Create financial, management and procurement reports and analyses. - Control the suppliers’ KPI, workload planning and distribution and their quality improvement actions. - Develop continuous improvement ideas and projects.

- Manage the Airbus A380 program (2D design of electrical installation diagrams) for SAFRAN Engineering Services Mexico. - Improve the communication with the customer (Labinal Hamburg). - Support the learning curve of the team by helping them solve their technical doubts. Using the tools DVISE, CATIA V4 and CATIA V5 as analyzers. - Develop several analyses in order to increase the quality levels. - Negotiate and plan the workload for the Mexican team and support the commercial activities.
