To implement the Project tasks and to initiate new ideas, to establish and co-ordinate contacts with authorized representatives and bodies of European Union and Russia (BAFA of Germany - FSTEC of Russia), with industrial – scientific – educational – foreign-trade companies and organizations, to develop and publish 4 volumes Reference Guidebook for Russian Exporters "Export Control of Dual-Use Items", to translate corresponding legislative acts of EU into Russian

Organization of work of Customs Warehouse at container terminal with rail and auto ways. Preparation of legal, technological and technical documentation for opening and operating the Customs Warehouse, establishing of communication with Customs authorities and railway administration

Providing customs clearance of all import and export deliveries (technological and manufacturing equipment, auto components and parts, etc.); coordinating the work and communication with Customs; working out instructions and rules for the Company’s employees; preparing and editing Company’s contracts from the point of view of Customs legislation; determining the goods codes according to Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System etc.

To prepare and implement export-import operations on delivering technological equipment and goods; to govern the work on products certification and activity licensing

To organize the products delivery from Germany, Turkey, Israel and USA, etc; to provide international patenting of high technology inventions; to govern the work of translation department; to prepare and carry out the negotiations with foreign delegations

To work on verification, examination, inspection and control of declared and non-declared goods and luggage, export / import declarations
