My position at Holman Fenwick Willan France LLP (Paris) was a positions of junior associate in the Corporate Finance / Energy Project Department. I have handled files in relation to international industrial clients (notably in the oil industry) such as, the negociation of production and sharing agreements, the creation of joint ventures, the preparation of shareholders' agreement, the negociation and drafting of international contracts mainly in English and French.

I was a legal intern at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton for three months (usual time period) in the Corporate Department. I have handled mainly files in English in relation to international industrial clients in relation notably to mergers and acquisitions problematics and international contracts. I have in addition practiced Competition law.

I was a legal intern at BHB in their international contracts department. My tasks consisted mainly in French and Englich in the preparation of memoranda, research and analysis of files in corporate law and contract law.
