• Managed a €70 millions Multi-Project Facility with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development that co-financed four Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) in Central and Eastern Europe. Negotiated all the Loan and Share Purchase Agreements with the Bank, as well as all the relevant accessory documents of the MPF;

Managed the requests of the clients from the Hong Kong representative office by liaising with the trading rooms, the credit desk and the back office; • Participated as analyst to a project which changed the pricing and fee structure for clients of the entire bank; • Wrote the bank’s internal and external communication material in anticipation of the introduction of the Euro.
