The best part of the job is when I can support the team and help someone to overcome a technological challenge. I believe in the value of sharing and know how to build bridges between people and industries. Structural thinking and “algorithmical” problem solving (i.e.: recognizing patterns and breaking a problem down to smaller parts) is one of my most important qualities. I like technological experiments, either early-adopting VR or implanting a microchip in my hand. I agree that "Success = 1% idea + 99% work" Owning several projects and leading our team in my startup I learned to listen and understand people. In return I think they listen to me too. In afternoon workshops, I voluntarily teach children how to code. Having the right mindset to translate various concepts for them, teaches me a lot in return.

My team evaluates the security of IBM's infrastructure, including several internal systems, servers and the network. We are attempting to exploit any vulnerabilities to determine whether unauthorized access or other malicious activities are possible. My job is to improve our automated scripts, the reporting process and to distribute incoming workload across the team. As part of a physical security improvement project, I test our site's access control system to mitigate risks.
