Team Leader Electronic Engineering (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management of a team in the field of electronic engineering
- Coordination of projects in the field of electronics with management and customers
- Implementation of customer specifications in the team
- Leading team meetings
- Capacity planning and deadline tracking for new developments
- Selection of purchased parts and close cooperation with purchasing
- Support for service and sales
- Close cooperation with the mechanical design and software development departments
- Maintaining the qualification matrix and initiating necessary training measures
Your profile:
- Successfully completed further training as a technician, master craftsman or engineer
- Knowledge of modern automation technology and fieldbus systems as well as the applicable standards
- Knowledge of EPLAN P8
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident demeanor both internally and externally
- Willingness to travel, ability to work in a team
- Analytical, systematic and innovative thinking
- Knowledge of personnel management
