In your role, you’ll set engineering best practices and the organizational framework. You’ll plan and execute transformations at all levels. You’ll lead Lido’s engineering organization across all locations, ensuring continuous innovation.
- Define and communicate Lido’s technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, including strategic planning, design/architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance
- Lead a team of 350+ smart, skilled and passionate engineers across FRA, GDR, ZRH, and PCT
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization
- Maintain technical excellence by promoting best practices and quality assurance
- Champion clean, maintainable, efficient code
- Drive continuous technology innovation: AI deployment, cloud usage, and engineering process improvement
- Manage the budget and non-financial KPIs for your area
