Your main responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational support to CFO and Business Unit Heads (email, calendar, international travel and expenses management and coordination)
- Preparation of documentation for C-level and BoD meetings (including forward-looking/proactive planning of already-known EB topics as well as setting and monitoring the deadlines received from the CEO Office)
- Preparation of Finance Management meetings including meeting minutes and followed by creating the Financial Newsletter
- General support to Finance Service Teams including organization of events
- Opportunity for Project Management Support
Your profile
- Commercial degree and preferably diploma as Executive Assistant
- Several years of professional experience in a similar function in an international environment
- Proficient in English and German, ideally also fluent in French
- Confident user of MS-Office (especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Sharepoint/OneNote)
- Motivated, reliable, and resilient person who is able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Sense of priorities and the ability to handle confidential and strategic data
- Precise way of working and enjoying working in a team
