In your new role you will:
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in systematic approach
- Monitor OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes
- Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing
- Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant document
- Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
- 3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Experience in FOL process (Die Bond or Wire Bond)
- Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics
- Good understanding of machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
