This Frankfurt based Physical Security Manager is responsible for the physical protection of Citi employees, facilities and assets as well as the provisioning of security and safety services for the Citi sites in Germany and the Nordics.

Team/Role Overview:
Physical Security is part of Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS), a global function within Citi. The Germany based Security team manage physical security functions for multiple sites including security control room tasks and security pass administration. They interact with other security teams in the Europe cluster. The Germany Security Manager reports to the CSIS Europe Security Cluster Head.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure adherence to Citi’s global security and safety policy and standards.
- Manage the security team and work with peer Security Managers across Europe.
- Respond to security incidents and prepare for possible emergencies.
- Conduct security risk assessments.
- Build relationship with country stakeholders and business contacts.
- Provide support for audit reviews.
- Work with the Project and Technology teams for implementation of security systems.
- Liaise with law enforcement and authorities.
What we’ll need from you:
- We are looking for a team player with leadership qualities, high flexibility and multitasking abilities.
- Relevant professional background and experience in Physical Security Management
- Understanding of data centre security requirements and processes
- Solid knowledge of security systems (access control, CCTV and alarm systems)
- Experience with corporate risk and control processes
- Self-reliance with strong organizational skills
- Communication in German and English.
