About the Team
The Reporting application is critical to empowering users of Workday Planning to extract, visualize and analyze Planning data for their budgeting and forecasting needs. We build extensible, feature-rich report grids for BI and data analysis on top of our powerful and scalable compute engine to provide a best-in-class reporting platform that scales for very large data sets and complex planning models.Be part of an exciting team working on next-gen innovations like our first Google Add-on or developing deep ML insights on customer reports.
About the Role
Our team is building Workday Planning's first Google Add-on that will empower users to do reporting and ad-hoc analysis in Google Sheets.
This new product will allow users to view, analyze, and modify Planning data while providing a rich conversational AI experience for deeper insights into customer data models.
In this role, you will work closely with other developers, QA Engineers, Product owners, architects and cross functional teams. You will design and write clean code, debug applications, unit test their implementations, provide support for customer escalations and build a product that will perform and scale for extremely large data sets.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
Full stack development experience with strong fundamentals in web applications and APIs, design patterns
2+ years experience coding in React, Typescript, JS
2+ years experience in Java technologies
Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Software Engineering or equivalent understanding of code design
Experience with Google Apps Script or building React components
Experience working in Agile and being part of a SCRUM team
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
