THE ROLE
Your main responsibility will be tech-recruiting (end-to-end) but it does not end there! Additional topics you will be working on are business development, employer branding, university marketing, event management, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, and project management based on your strengths and interests.

This will require you to be:
- Soon-to-be graduate / recently graduated
- Master's degree
- Native/Business level fluency in written and spoken German
- Written and spoken Business level fluency in English
- Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community
- Experienced in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, e.g. recruitment, sales, employer branding, project management, networking, start-up experience
- A good communicator, naturally building trust and rapport
- Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
- Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment

The industry is referring to a "war for talent”, especially in Tech. Due to that, Netlight rethought recruitment. Thus, the Talent Management & Growth team was separated from Human Resources and is today one of three CORE business processes of Netlight together with Engagement Management (Sales/Key Account) and IT Consulting.
