To support our client's growth and ensure the best possible care for its employees, we are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) to join their team. Permanent employment contract in Germany — a freelance contract is possible outside Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resource strategies that support business objectives.
- Recruit, select, and onboard new employees to ensure the company has the right talent to succeed.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage performance evaluations, employee development, and promotion processes.
- Handle conflicts and disciplinary actions by company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Ensure a positive work environment and corporate culture that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role (minimum 5 years).
- Thorough knowledge of German labor law and applicable employment regulations.
- English as native language
- Excellent German language skills, a Plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of autonomy and assertiveness.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
