The Opportunity
SheSparks - Adobe's Women Returnee Internship program is an initiative of Adobe to help women employees who are on a break for personal reasons and want to join the workforce.
The program will help launch you back to your professional aspirations. This is a 6-month internship for experienced candidates returning to the workforce.
What you'll Do
- Partner with product managers to understand product roadmaps and user needs.
- Assist in creating project plans, breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks, and estimating timelines.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution.
- Learn best practices & people management
- Product Management & Product Owner
What we're looking for:
- Proven technical skills and a passion for technology.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
